When you use keyword research, your topic and selected language are sent to MailCannon and Wikipedia to retrieve topic suggestions. Results are temporarily cached on our server, and a hashed network identifier is used for short-lived rate limiting. Recent searches are stored only on your device when you enable history; you can clear or disable it at any time. Shared search links contain your topic, so avoid entering sensitive information. Tool analytics events do not include search text. Advertising on this tool is disabled unless configured and authorized through the site’s consent-management integration.
Website SEO Checker
Submitted public URLs are processed by MailCannon to retrieve website HTML, robots.txt and limited sitemap files. The target website sees a request from MailCannon. Reports may be held in memory for up to three hours; URLs containing query parameters are not cached. Do not submit passwords, access tokens or personal information in URLs. Short-lived hashed network identifiers protect against abuse. Tool analytics do not include the submitted URL or page content. Reports are not published and no account history is stored. Advertising uses the existing consent integration and remains disabled without configuration and explicit advertising consent.
